CartFlows 1.7.1: RTL Navigation, Gutenberg Checkout Fixes & PHP 8.0 Compatibility

Fix:

Vertical navigation in step and flow setting was not working for RTL and translation.
Showing blank screen if the step title is blank.
Input field style was not getting displayed for other checkout layouts in CartFlows-Gutenberg Blocks.
